These include Professional Services, Electronic Manufacturing, Food Manufacturing, Life Assurance, pensions and banking, Telecommunications, Social Housing and Charity. He hopes to use his years or experience in business and technology to benefit ACE IT and the community we serve.
Margaret was recently appointed to the ACE IT Board after being a member of the Silver Surfers for many years and was one of the original founder members. Margaret has lived most of her life in Edinburgh and worked as a Private Secretary for various companies. These ranged from a Law Office, a Construction Company, Food Companies and a local Government Office.
John started using IT many years ago whilst working in financial services. He then found that it quickly became a part of everyday living. He became an ACT IT volunteer tutor in April 2014 and joined the Board in 2017. John likes to get hands-on with IT so as to get the best out of it – both for himself and also for those he meets whilst working as a tutor at ACE IT.
