One-to-one coaching

A man and a woman sitting at a computer

Thousands of people over 50 have solved their technology issues at our relaxed and supportive one-to-one sessions, completely free of charge. You will be paired with a supportive volunteer or staff member to work on anything you want or need to do online. Bring your own device, or you can use ACE IT’s equipment to learn too.

We can help you to:

  • get online using the device that is right for you
  • stay safe whilst using your device
  • get in touch with friends, family and community groups online
  • access online services that you need to use: banking, shopping, government agencies, leisure
  • manage your online accounts: email, diaries, documents, spreadsheets, photos

These sessions take place at the following locations across Edinburgh:

Please give us a call on 0131 667 2053, or email info@aceit.org.uk to book an appointment!
